Set up a Blog

Build your blogs for personal, business, groups, classrooms, etc. Bring together your social networking, photos, journaling and more.You get to pick your own domain name (ie: yourblog.ParentClickblogs.com).

Choose your design (theme, layout and plugins). Use widgets to incorporate facebook, twitter, RSS feeds from other sites and blogs. Keep your blog private for family and friends or share it with the world.

Set-up Your Account

1. SET UP A USER ACCOUNT:  and fill in the username and email address >>
   OR CREATE BLOG: Enter a DOMAIN you would like for your blog  >>
   (ie: SmithFamily) and click create blogs.
2. Put in your username… this is only for logging into your account (you cannot change this name).
3. Share a vaild email address. We will send your password to this address.
   We will periodically send a newsletter with updates to ParentClickBlogs.com
4. Decide on a blog domain (ie: SmithFamily.ParentClickBlogs.com). If that domain is taken, you will need to pick something else. Keep it simple so that you can easily share it with others. (note: do not use any spaces).
   ParentClickBlogs.com gives final approval on all domains. If we feel it is a conflict with an existing business or individual, we will ask you to choose a different domain.
5. Blog Title can be edited in your personal settings at any time but this is the text that will go at the top of your blog.
6. Privacy settings are important if you do not want your blog visibile in search engines. This can be changed later in your personal settings.
7. Check your email and click on the link to activate your account.
8. The confirmation screen will give you your password which can be changed after you login under your “account” settings.
